IN! I say Prince Philip The Duke of Edinburgh. He's an evil old crow and has been ailing for some time. I say he buys it. My second runner up was also a Brit. Maggie Thatcher. Ailing for some time now but clearly too stuffed full of potent evil to actually die. Could hang on another 2 years. Philip looking far more iffy. EDIT: The Duke of Growlingburgh will kick the royal bucket (it's pronounced "boo-kay") within 30 days of tomorrow, April 8th.

No thanks. My mother has been near death three times now (as recently as last month) and things such as this would kind of feel like I would be "rooting" for the chosen celebrity to expire. No bets on someone's death for me.
