No. But I think I'd be happy for the police to pay to have a helicopter aloft for a few weeks with a squad car from each local station on stand-by. Then I'd like the book thrown at the little f**kwits when they get caught.

As each window is a separate panel, can they be coated in whatever whatever the mechanism that lets welding masks flick to black? That way there would be only one window shut down at a time. Not ideal obviously, but maybe something for Boeing and Airbus et al to explore.
