I doubt a judge would go there. If you were endangering the children in some way he would most likely call for monitored visitations.

No, but a judge can order that visitations can only occur without you present. Thus, if you refuse to leave, your S/O could be prevented from having visits at the home. You have to decide if it is worth it to you to jeopardize your S/O's visitation. But you can;t be forced to leave your property.

Hopefully this is all settled now, but your s/o other can be stipulated by the judge to only have visitations without visitors (or other individuals around) depending on the history of the case as well. Unless there's some history of abuse or the s/o ex request that you not be present; the judge wouldnt' say that unless there are issues with abuse,etc. did this get answered by now? hope so...
