Sure do, always have, so did my dad. They have drugs for it but they have side effects. Some people don't believe it until they see it for themselves. There is no know reason why this occurs but it has now finally been established that it is a legitimate problem. When they don't know what it is they call it a syndrome.

Yep, that's why I'm up right now. I have had it for years and years, but it seems to get worse when I'm pregnant. I think I'm gonna go soak my feet in some cold water. :-(

My husband has it bad. I usually massage his legs for a short time and he's fine.

I used to have it. I have a medical condition which caused internal bleeding. Because of this I was anemic. After my surgery to correct the bleed I have never had any symptoms of restless leg syndrome again. My presumption is that my RLS was caused by an iron deficiency. My surgon seems to agree. Good luck

I had it for a long time. Recently, I switched from using artificial sweetners, which I had been using for many years, to just plain sugar and VOILA!!! No more restless legs unless I eat or drink something with sweetners in it. I notice that it will come back for a night or two.

Go see an accredited remedial therapist, they can keep it under control for you.

I believe I have a mild version of it, where I have to keep moving them because the pressure of whatever is touching them starts to hurt. I've found an aromatherapy product called Night Time Leg Calm helps quite a bit.
