  • Start reading those papers you signed and see what the terms of contract says.
  • You should have three business days to cancel a contract. I believe its found under "lemon laws".
  • If you never left the lot with the vehicle you can get out of the contract. Your paperwork will likely make no mention of this fact but sit down with the manager and refuse delivery. You will likely be asked to pay some admin fees. Depending where you live you may or may not be responsible for them. But, no, you are not stuck with a car you dont want.
  • look on the contact somewhere in the small print it tells you , the amout of days to cancel contact usually 3days
  • I know in NY State you have 3 business days to cancel any contract.
