Jesus lived in heaven as a spirit person before he came to earth. He was God’s first creation, and so he is called the “firstborn” Son of God. ( See Colossians 1:15; Revelation 3:14 Jesus is the only Son that God created by himself. Jehovah used the prehuman Jesus as his “master worker” in creating all other things in heaven and on earth. (see Proverbs 8:22-31; Colossians 1:16, 17) God also used him as His chief spokesman. That is why Jesus is called “the Word.”—John 1:1-3; Revelation 19:13. . God sent His Son to the earth by transferring his life to the womb of Mary. So Jesus did not have a human father. That is why he did not inherit any sin or imperfection. God sent Jesus to earth for three reasons: (1) To teach us the truth about God (John 18:37), (2) to maintain perfect integrity, providing a model for us to follow (1 Peter 2:21), and (3) to sacrifice his life to set us free from sin and death. Clearly, Jesus is a creation of God. He is not God almighty.

jesus is god in that he was / is the human expression of "god" one of the three parts, which as i understand it are different parts of the whole. It is easier to accept this concept if Jesus is known as the son of, made by the maker / creator. Hope that helps a bit?

But jesus is god because if the Lord is pretty much the father, the son, and the holy spirit ( i bet u've heard that at church before?(the father, the son, and the holy spirit))

In God there are two Internal Divine Processions. The Second Divine Person proceeds from the First Divine Person by Generation, and therefore is related to Him as Son to a Father. The council of Nicaea made it clear that Jesus was begotten, NOT made. He is one in being with the Father. He exists as a consequence of the Father, but as the Father has always existed, the Son has always existed.

The problem lies within understanding the title "Son of God". Trinitarians often refer to the creation story in Genesis which reads: Genesis 1:26 And Elohim said, Let us make man in OUR image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Some cite the word "Elohim" which they go on to say proves that Yahshua was with Yahweh when man was created because the word Elohim his plural. In reality, however, an Elohim is a spiritual reflection or image of YHWH, and it means "Sons of YHWH" or "Children of YHWH". Yahshua was an Elohim, just as are all other Spirit-led righteous Children of YHWH. Romans 8:13-14 13 For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of Yahweh, these are "Children of Yahweh" (Elohim or Sons of G-d) Righteous judges, rulers and angels are also referred to as Elohim. Yahshua was not YHWH, but he was among the Elohim.
