You're oversleeping and screwing with your REM cycle. Try sleeping an average of 7-8 hours a night... give yourself a few days to re-adjust, and if you don't feel better, consult a doctor.

Believe it or not, there is actually such a thing as oversleeping. You should get about eight to ten hours of sleep. If you go under that or over that, you usually feel exhausted.
