  • That is how I was yesterday. Cried most of the day and felt like do do. My sister came by and we went out and it helped. So get your butt out of bed...find a friend and get some fresh air.

  • Yes I agree with everyone, you should get up out of bed. Get some fresh air, hang out with friends, keep your mind busy. I hope you feel better. :D
  • Stay and bed and do something with yourself :P Seriously...depression is like a child, feed it and it stays and grows. Dont feed it, stay busy and it eventually withers away and dies....then you have DCF called on you, and you get jail time and people label you as a "bad parent" and throw things like heads of cabbage at you....okay, so bad analogy...point is if you let depression get you down by staying in bed all day then you'll still be depressed when the day ends.
  • I tend to stay in bed but I know that is the wrong thing to do. If I can force myself out I always feel better, a visit to the gym sets me right.

  • Don't lie there. IT will get worse. Get up and go do something for someone else, that's the key. Forget yourself and give to others.
  • Get up and get some fresh air...it will help, make yourself take a shower and go for a walk! If you just lay there you will become more depressed. I know sometimes it is hard to get up and get motivated when you are feeling down, but it will help...Just say to your self 1,2,3, and get up and get going...Once you get ready and get some fresh air you will feel better!
