Answerbag is a representation of the world at large, so there are some who don't like Jews, some who don't like members of various (or no) religious denominations - there are even people who don't like me. If you ever see something that is expressed in an offensive way click where it says 'Flag this question (answer)' and select 'Spam or Offensive'. If it is offensive it should be deleted quite quickly.

There are probably some people on here who don't like Jews. As long as they don't talk about it, it is okay for them to be here. If you find people who are being offensive against Jews, please flag their submissions as such. In doing this, you are not deciding that those submissions are offensive for the site, you are just signaling them to the site moderators who will take a decision about this. In some cases, a decision of the staff could be contested, but the people deciding about this are still staff members. If someone were repeatedly sending such offensive postings, their account could also get suspended or blocked. Sometimes also a single very offensive posting will be sufficient. The place where this kind of people end is called the penalty box. Many people here, including myself, find some restrictions in freedom of speech applicable: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_of_speech#Restrictions_on_free_speech ------ ADDED ----- Here you can find my opinion about Wikipedia and why I use it: http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/2207227 (you can also study the other answers) Like Wikipedia, this Answerbag site has *rules*. Even if you give me your permission, I cannot delete a posting of yours. But anyone is entitled to flag a posting as offensive. The site moderators will then decide if the flag is accepted or not. If the flag is accepted, you will still see your posting on yout private profile, but other users will no more be able to reach it. You cannot face your accusers, as not process is taking place. It is just a decision which is taken about your posting. However, you could contest this decision with the "Feedback" link at the bottom of the page. If you want an open confrontation with someone you could address either: - one of the staff members as listed on this page: http://www.answerbag.com/about/ (notice that the three moderators don't have an Answerbag profile) - one of the "community leaders": http://www.answerbag.com/profile?id=150611 http://www.answerbag.com/profile?id=3664 http://www.answerbag.com/profile?id=46758 (I looked for them on the leaderboard) Those are normal users who are helping the staff by moderating. You must not stay community leader if you don't want to or if there were complaints about your decisions.

All I can say is, take your hatred elsewhere. Its an old question but I found it highly insulting. And I'm not even Jewish, what gives you reason to hate an entire group of people?

Go to your profile section and click "Idiot"
-
You have freedom of speech and so do we, we can express ourselves by flagging you or ignoring you, whats the problem?
-
There are sick people in every forum. I'm a Christian but I think your question is pretty offensive in itself.
-
If your so proud of your beliefs why are you "Anonymous"? Take your racist ass away from here and find you a skin head site.

For the record - in my personal opinion, I think it's sad that you don't like Jewish people and I wish we all could just see each other as equals. Now that I've stated my feelings, I'd like to address your question - yes, I'm sure there are other people like you on this forum. I don't know if they're permitted to express themselves on this topic or not; however, I think we all have a right to express our opinions, no matter who gets offended - for instance, I recognize your post as offensive, but I don't actual take offense, and I'm even Jewish! The reason being that I know that taking offense to a person's statements is simply participating and taking-on that which is being claimed. In fact, I think it would be helpful if people with strong and offensive opinions expressed themselves so that we can discuss it and address it, perhaps offer alternative points of view. I don't know where you can find other racist people on this forum. I would imagine that the responses you are getting from this post alone should give you an idea as to how many people share your beliefs - or not for that matter.

I'm sure there are, and yes, everyone has a right to their opinion, but no, there are no categories or factions here supporting racism of any kind.
