  • The fact that it's not against the rules does not mean it's a good idea -- there are 2 major concerns: - If you're not on a concrete slab first floor, the weight of the pool could well do serious damage to the floor. That much water weights a LOT. - If this thing leaks, there will be a lot of water damage. It's not hard to imagine a bunch of young folks partying and drinking and either puncturing it accidentally or splashing so much water that it pools in the corner and leaks through to the room below. As with so many things, the absence of a rule is not the same as permission.
