im sure you probably could stand to gain some weight, to many people think skinny is the only way to go, but meat on the bones is beautiful

If you can see your actual bones or organs, you should definitely eat a little more. Don't obsess over weight, for undereating is kills easier than overeating, for getting deathly thin is easier than hitting 1000 lbs.

I understand that this may be a rough time for you dear .. you are not fat - being 60 lbs underweight is thin, and you know that, don't you. learn to appreciate the beautiful person you are - let go of your heavy thoughts about weight.
