Respect her. Respect her decisions. But don't let her use you. If she really wants to be friends with you, and it's cool with you, then do it. She's dating a good friend, right? Wouldn't you also like to be one of her good friends? IF her other relationship doesn't work out, and she's interested in you, you're right there for her. If not, at least you have her as a friend. Don't manipulate her and don't let her manipulate you.

alright if they don't work out in the mean time try wooing her over by talking and flirting with her. don't avoid her or else she'll think you don't want to be her friend or anything at all. when she calls you just talk about the good times you had when you were with her and stuff and hopefully she'll come to her senses. :]

If she's with someone else and you still have feelings for her, tell her you need some time away so you can start moving on. You never know. When you're talking again and she's single again, you might have found someone better. Don't hold your breath for one person who's unavailable. You must have broken up for a reason, right?

I think that right now the best thing for you to do is to give yourself space from her. I mean it. Don't leave yourself vulnerable.
