My right leg is strong, reliable and long and shapely. I think that most people would say that it looks good, and it certainly is functional.
I have learned to love the other leg too. It was just like the right one until I was 12. Now it is just the stump of my thigh, about six inches long, with a smooth and artfully curved scar at the end. There's almost no bone inside it and not much of anything for muscles to pull against, so it dangles like a Christmas decoration when I'm upright and drapes quietly in my chair when I sit. It's soft and cuddly and totally cute in its own way.
