Battery, overheating. Try taking out the battery, plugging the adapter into another wall socket and restarting.
I would agree let that bat cool down plug it into another outlet and it should work but i would suggest a chill pack 4 your laptop it helps alot you can buy them at wal-mart for around 20 bucks but thats a gud investment its awhole lot cheaper tham a new laptop!
Lightning struck near my house last night causing my accidentally plugged in laptop to spark at the place where it was plugged in. the laptop works but refuses to charge. Is this an internal problem or a problem with the power cord?
