Should the British members of Parliament be allowed to such large expenses for furnishing their second home?

No. They should live like a member of the working-class. That's what I'd do. Bar brawls and all.

No they should not. A small apartment , rented should be adequate for a working week. What happens when they lose their seat at the next election. The tax payers have bought themm a home . Even if they sell it, they have made a fortune. How many of them could, in previous lives have afforded a second home in London the second most expensive city for property in the world. Oh and then of course there is the decoration and furnishing. What a joke on the British public.

No they shouldnt if they want to use the second home they should bloody well furnish it themselves its not as if they cant afford it.
