After half an hour of use my Xbox won't open. If I push the button heaps eventually it does and sometimes it won't boot up due to the same problem. What's wrong?

  My Xbox Disc Tray sticks and i have to tie a string to it and tap it as i pull it to get it to open. some times it doesn't want to close right.

  My Xbox 360 just recently just stopped recognizing the game disks and after I put a disk in, it still says "Open Tray". Occasionally it will say "Unplayable Disk" or "Play DVD" even though it is an Xbox 360 game. Is there anyway I can fix this?
