Sometimes for entertainment but I take it all with a grain of salt for most of it is biased and untrue, except for local stories.Look at the unfair and unbalanced news of CNN,that conservative stronghold of nonsense. Also Fox news is something out of the twilight zone.

Local noon (1-hr), evening (1-1/2 hours), and night (1/2-hr, usually) National evening (1/2 hour) (Wife watches ET and Inside Edition, too)

I watch the 5pm local news, CBS evening news, 6pm local news, a gossip news magazine, and 10pm local news. But I work for a TV station, so it's my job to do that.

I watch CNN and MSNBC at various times throughout the day, especially in the morning and at night. It's been years since I've watched networks news. I usually watch about 2 hours of news a day, mostly geared towards politics.

I mostly restrict my news watching to PBS. Occasionally I'll watch local channel news but the US news is to "managed" for me.

I usually watch both while cooking dinner after work.

Sometimes I watch the local news in the AM. I check CNN throughout the day. My office has a TV with CNN on at all times, so I get more news than I would normally watch when I'm at work.
