99% of the time, yes.
-
yes i have.. sometimes it is just better to go cool off then to make things worse..
-
Sure I have, I am not going to stay there ,and argue and fight them days are over.

It happened a lot of times, but it was mostly when I was riddled with grief. Keeping in your anger is what does that. So, while I never really left because I was angry, the consequences that followed led to pretty much the same result.
-
yep but this normally happens when I cannot be bothered with the argument any longer.
-
more than i would like to admit but thank god AB is here and i can bare my soul!¬

On the rare occasions this happens with me, I DO leave the house. I become very aware I may do something I'll regret. Thankfully 99% of the time I don't get that angry when in an argument with Mrs Dirty-Ninja!
-
Oh yea. Its best that way when you got murderous thoughts on your mind. Well maybe not those kind of thoughts, but thoughts of hurting them really bad.
-
Yes, It takes two to fight.
-
fighting gets you no where. I have not left the house, but I have left the room and declared a time out. Good discussions happen for us when we are calm and can talk.
-
Nah! I'm too territorial. I make the other person so miserable that s/he leaves. :P

This has happened only once (very bad) that I left the house. It was one of those days that seemed like everything had gone wrong and on top of it I felt that my wife was "trying" to be extra difficult to say the least. Long story short, I was gone all day just driving for miles (mad at the world) finally drove out into a farmers field and sat in the car all evening fuming! Got home late at night.
