As far as I know, that would be contempt of court, a divorce decree is a binding legal document.

A little more detail...This was put in the decree by my request bc of the ppl he was hanging out with at the time of our divorce. He is taking me back to court about some wishy washy stuff of being in contempt which as per my lawyer I am not...My lawyer thinks that it's all about more visitation and unfortunately we got the one judge who is very much into visitation rights of both parents.
Anyways my lawyer said that what will happen is that this judge will get all red in his face, point his finger at me and yell:"Lady this is your 48 hour notice for the rest of the years b4 your children turn 18." The lawyer also stated to prepare to have the stipulation of him being by himself being changed and to prepare for overnite visits...Again...Does this seem right?
