  • I would really love to help MG . You would certainly lose weight if I came to cook for you . I burn everything so you would be forced to lose weight but I am pretty sure that would not be considered a healthy diet for a pair of penguins.
  • Listen, I doubt you eat at Applebee's after the bathroom incident that happened recntly. That is a great start.
  • Be careful, MG! Unless you are cooking everything from scratch, do not (I repeat) do not embark on a fat-free regimen..you will sabotage yourself. Stay far away from bagels, anything made with white flour, banish sugar...concentrate on vegetables, whole grains (when you buy bread, always check out the ratio-per-slice of bread fiber count..that will tell you if the bread is whole grain or simply dyed brown). You don't need to starve yourself or eat tasteless food..you just need to adjust your mindset, read books on low-carb diets..we never eat rice, we substitute unhulled barley (which I cook from scratch)..there are healthy substitutes for many things! Red skin potatoes have less starch than the russets, for example! Good luck! :)
