When you were heavy, you probably dieted sometimes for a few days or a few weeks. In the long run, those quick diets did no good. It is your serious commitment which has worked for you. Likewise, a one time splurge is not going to make you heavy. The only danger is you let it get to your head and spiral into a pattern of splurging. Anyone who has lost a lot of weight has so much reason to be proud. Congratulations!

Praise yourself for what you've accomplished. Sometimes you are gonna pig out 4real. Don't worry about that just continue to work-out (hopefully you are). Working out would at least help you to maintain.
