What do you think? Since it's an extra day (so to speak), shouldn't February 29th (or the nearest Monday or Friday) be an international paid holiday?

Why should your employer have to pay you for yet another day on which you don't work?

yeah I agree it should be ... after all most of todays workers have to work 6 to 7 days a week now anyway ...but do you think bosses will let this happen ...lol not on your life it would effect their billion dollar profits ...:)
