Women know that guys look at other women or even do something that shows they think that women is "hot" in front of their girlfriend, wife, etc. we dont get that worked up, so why do they get furious when we do it?

Generalizing is not cool at all. There are plenty of women who get jealous of other girls when guys think the other girls are hot. I used to be one of these jealous girls I'm describing. If I said another girl is hot, my boyfriend probably wouldn't care. However, if I said another guy is hot, that's another story. He wouldn't get 'furious', though. At least not furious enough to show it.

To begin with, I believe it is poor manners for either sex to express inappropriate comments about another person in front of their date. Having said that, the person who gets upset is likely to be feeling insecure, either about themselves or the relationship.

Me and him have learned to joke about that. Walk around and say "I'd hit that" but we know were not straying anywhere else so it doesnt bug us.

Maybe its just natural behavior. I mean its really not that upsetting if you know they wouldnt really cheat on you.

From a Christian perspective... if you have committed adultery in your heart, then you have already been unfaithful. Plus, we should not be worried about the splinter in our partners eye, while ignoring the plank of wood in our own. Personally, I love my wife and would not want her to think I am shopping for a newer model. Lust is a disease that kills love. Now, if you man is looking what makes you think that he has not already been out test driving?

Because we are insecure. We are afraid of losing you. Men might be big and strong on the outside, but we are insecure on the inside. We need to be reassured that you love us, want us and need us. Maybe this is why guys love to have thier woman look up at their face, when giving a BJ. Kind of worshipping them. Just a thought...

Because they think no one should question them. Bottom line, if you don't want your girl to comment on how hot another guy is, don't comment how you think another girl is hot!

I don't know about other guys, but when I've been in a relationship, I don't really notice other women. I devote myself entirely to the woman I am with. Perhaps it's arrogant of me, but I would appreciate the same respect. (And i have been lucky enough to recieve it).

It's disrespectful. If you're out with your girlfriend, you're out with your girlfriend. Ok, so you look, but keep your opinions to yourself.
