• Depends on the day. Monday - half an hour (sometimes). Tuesday - half an hour. Wednesday - depends how quickly I walk home from school. Thursday - see Wednesay. Friday - 45 minutes (P.E lesson). Saturday - 2 hours at karate. Sunday - not a jot.
  • I usually spend two hours at least three times a week usually more,, at the Gym. but except for days off I have only been able to manage about an hour lately
  • I try to walk at least 2miles everyday. When the snow is over my head.......I use my exercise bike.
  • I walk for 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Four days a week I add the Bow Flex workout which is under 30 minutes.
  • Well my job means me walking from house to house for four hours a day, so i get plenty of exercise doing that.
  • Does lifting my body out of bed count?
  • let's see: passing the buck, dodging the bullet, climbing the lader, wrestling with adversity and jumping to conclusions-about 12 hours a day.
  • Exercise? I have a physically demanding job that keeps me active for at least 8 hours every day. Who needs exercise?
  • I work out almost everyday. My workouts can range from 45 minutes of cardio to 3 hrs (including weightlifting) round trip. Depends what I have time for.
  • At least two hours per day, alone ... then I teach a self defense class for 3 hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, and have an open class for practice with no new lessons for 3 hours (or more) on Saturdays & Sundays.

  • Hey Sugar-licious. hahaha. OK I've said it before, I love that name.... I usually take a walk to the river in the morning, and in the evenings before bed I'll do some push-ups and sit ups..aside from that, I exercise by golfing and kayaking and other various outdoor activities. I'm not a gym person...
  • before my son came along I was running 10 km before breakfast and after dinner I busted out my sweating to the oldies vidoes. now, I lift 25lbs about a million times a day and I sprint across the living room once in a while
  • I exercise patience 9 hours a day, 5 days a week. (Every day I have to work!) Other than that? about 2-3 hours a week...
  • I'm browbeating my bf to burn me some DVDs of JPop dance videos ("flipped", or mirrored, so I can mimic and still be correct) so I can learn them. That's pretty much the only exercise my lazy arse is willing to do, but when I have the videos I'll be working with them starting a half hour per day and working up bit by bit from there.

  • Currently,😎 in the corona phase I do it every day since I need to be strong in terms of flexibility and immunity.
  • Random. One day a 30 to 40 km mtb-bike ride, another push-mow the lawns on 10 to 20 deg slopes, yet another climb the mountain peak beside my house, if it's raining do a workout in my little gym I built. It all keeps my body as fit as it gets.
  • Wu Qin Xi: half hour. Pa-kua Chang: thirty minutes to hour. Zi Ran Men: thirty minutes. Fa-shu Tao: half hour. Iron Palm: half hour. Zhan Zhuang: half hour. Pretty much every day, except when sick or my back is out. On alternate days I add an hour of weaponry training. On weekend I skip the Pa-kua, Zi Ran Men and Fa-shu Tao and use that time for Neigung.
