What is the best brand name quality paint to use that I can just wipe with a damp cloth to keep walls clean?

Behr and Benjamin Moore both make good latex-based paint which are easy to clean.

Crown or Dulux. (UK) - it is expensive but it is worth it. Unlike Homebase emulsion for walls that wipes off with a damp cloth. I used Crown and it's really durable, if a cloth wont shift the mark, scouring pad it is.
