Do you think Fidel Castro's brother will be a better leader to Cuba than Fidel was, or do you think things will continue on as they had under Fidel's rule?

We do not know exactly who the new President of Cuba will be, as the Parliment needs to meet to elect a new President. It will likely be Castro's brother, Raul, though. If so, I don't believe that there will be any significant changes. He's been running things since 2006, and we haven't seen any significant changes. He promises them, but it remains to be seen if he actually does anything after he's out from under the yoke of his brother. I'm skeptical.
