If you have a warrant for your arrest (For child support) in a state that doesn't border your state, will the state you are wanted in come and get you if you get arrested in the state you live in?

They will have the police in your state arrest you and then they will come in get you as they do not have the jurisdiction to arrest you in another state but through expedition procedure will come and pick you up. The best thing to do is turn yourself in to the state your wanted in as if they have to obtain you over state lines you also will pay expedition expenses when you go to court. I hope this helps
