Try a glass of wine (just one!) about 30 minutes before bed. That should help your body unwind enough till your body can adjust to the new schedule.

I don't think you have a sleeping disorder. Millions of Americans have trouble falling asleep at night; you're not alone! I tried changing my schedule and going to bed a fixed time (10 pm). It didn't work and I was constantly fatigued. My doctors recommended changes in diet, which helped me a lot. In fact, after a few months of better dieting, most of my sleeping problems melted away.
