How many times a day does your body just go into cruise control mode? (for example, you just do everything out of routine to the point where you stop and think, whoa...i didn't even realize i just did that!)

I do it driving to work. I don't even have to think about the drive I have done it so often.

Driving to work and back home, I sometimes go into auto pilot.

A lot of times during school, usually on days when I didn't get much sleep the night before. Cool story: One time, I was playing a video game trying to get an achievement, and what I had to do was very repetitious and took a few hours. At some point while playing, I fell asleep for about ten minutes. I was technically asleep, but I was still playing the game. It was cool.
