My sister is going through a divorce, she signed the papers. Is there anyway that she can contest the divorce? Her ex withheld her copy until they were signing them. He also put in the papers that she could not have the kids around our family.

You're reading My husband filed for divorce in NV, did all paperwork himself, tried and failed to locate his ex, judge signed final decree. But his ex now says they're not divorced because she didn't sign. Are they divorced or not?
