My husband filed for divorce in NV, did all paperwork himself, tried and failed to locate his ex, judge signed final decree. But his ex now says they're not divorced because she didn't sign. Are they divorced or not?

    It sounds like the husband went through the correct process for dealing iwth a divorce where the other person's whereabouts aren't known. Also, the judge signed the final decree. I say: divorced.
