Why would a girl tell a part lie to a guy? When telling a story of what happened to her. She adds things that just did not happen.

Because she wants attention. Haha..thats what I would do. Say for example, I went to the Bahama's, and I said I went to the most beautiful reef and went scuba diving with fish, when I simply just saw the reef. I would say that, because of attention.

That's too vague. You would have to tell what the story is and what she "part-lied" about. I mean, if you want to know what the motivation behind it was.

It is very possible that she is trying to impress you. If you know for sure that she's lying, it is completely okay to tell her to knock it off and to please tell you the truth.
