K, a guy buys you chocolates, and the next day, your in a horrible mood and are "mean" to them, so they dont talk to you just say "its over"-whos the "bad guy"?

Judging by the information given, I'd say the girl is the "bad guy" for taking out her horrible day on the guy. But then, the guy sounds like he may have taken it too far by saying, "it's over".

If that is the sequence of events the young lady is no lady but rude and bad mannered.

Who is right and who is wrong really doesn't matter. I would say there is a lot more to this and the problems go much deeper than bad moods and chocolates.
