A lot of people feel like that's all they can get. They feel everything is supposed to be complicated and sometimes, even unintentionally, make it that way. A complicated relationship often presents a challenge and a lot of people are more interested in a challenge than something that comes easy. We're convince we're supposed to work to earn the things we have and love... so a lot of people feel if it's easy, it's too good to be true and walk away from it.
