  • Unfortunately I've got a few habits that lean in that direction but they are not obsessions and I can live happily with them and so can other people who are around me lol!
  • we call that "monkish" in my house. i'm somewhat like that. i have to have certain things in even numbers or i won't touch them or go near them, and if i see certain things of clothing not perfect i have to fix it - tags, collars, shirts riding up in the back, etc etc...
  • I carry sanitary wipes with me wherever I go. I usually wipe my hands with discretion after shaking hands or petting something. I like to have my pants and shirts hanging so that they're level with the ground. I also like to have things situated so that they're parallel with the edges of the surfaces that they're on or are otherwise occupying as little space as possible. I don't like putting things that have been on a walked-on surface such as the floor or the ground on a surface that usually doesn't get foot traffic, especially my kitchen counters. If my wife offers me food from a container that's been on the floor I tell her, "No thanks. I don't want any floor-food." I am very diligent in my efforts NOT to use public restrooms. If I do it's only to do # 1 and then I use a paper towel to open the door upon leaving. However, if I was in the water and far from shore I would hang on to whatever flotation device I could find, even if it was a toilet seat. ;)
