  • Yes, or rather no. Or maybe. Life's too short. Try to remember that this is not real life.
  • Never take it personal---Your an expert. Some plp just like to argue a point. You compassion drives you for clarity yet some things are better left behind.
  • Do I think it's fair? no. Do I think it happens. Yes,all the time. Keep asking. That's what asking is all about-- to get answers; not insulting remarks. Their answers often say more about them than they ever will about you!!!
  • No, its not fair..thats the thing about not having a face to face conversation with people, there really is no way for people to know the emotion behind the question, so they sometimes interpret them the wrong way. I used to take questions the wrong way, when I first started here, but once I got to know the personalities of the members here, I realize that there's no harm intended..As, I'm sure there was no harm meant by your questions..
  • Nope. It's not fair. What's an example of one that you've asked like that?
  • I always re read my questions carefully. Many problem questions end with a comment or something that gives away a hoped for response like, "What about---, I think it's stupid, don't you?" or something like that. Provocative thought questions should be ok and if worded carefully may be better received (since it wasn't a one time deal for you). Good luck.
