  • It is not a question of 'sway'. It is about connection and power. Members do not just happenstance get to be 'members', just as you or I do not just 'get' to be invited to attend Yale. Founded as the Russell Trust Association, they have their own budget and funds set up to run it in perpetuity. Much has been said about the current sitting U.S. President's membership, and his Dad and Taft were also members. (Interesting note, Kerry is a member also.) It is not the 'be all, end all' society; more like a stepping stone to the real power brokers (Illuminati, Council of Foreign Relations, Bilderdurgers, and such) in the world. Any 'sway' is weilded by members who have already graduated and are 'in place'. For them, then, yes, of course they have sway; for they are the leaders in their particular arena, and are in position to so exercise as they see fit.
  • Yes. but it's not only skull&bones. Skull and bones are only one chapter. But yes, these people control the media, therefore controlling the people. : It isn't fiction at all. : Look at who we have to "chose" as president right now. Obama's economic advisor was a skull and bones member, and his foreign policy advisor was co-founder of Rockefeller's Trilateral commission. The Clintons are a part of the Bilderberger's. Both Hillary and Obama are likely to be in the WhiteHouse. Of course Kerry was a skull & bones member but lost his run for pres to his blood cousin Bush who was also a member as was his father before him.
