  • Yes. Different people have different standards as to why they DR things. Some very good questions or answers have ended up on the negative side. I plus them, answer them, and comment, if they are worth it, to me.
  • sure i do. If i can answer the question. Some people on here are "sensitive" and like to down rate because a question may not be PC, doesn't make it a bad question
  • I answer questions that intrigue me. The current rating has nothing to do with whether or not I answer.
  • Yes, I do. Other people's opinion of the question does not effect my opinion of the question, or whether or not I think I have something to contribute to it.
  • If I can add value to the question, then I will. No matter the topic. Here is a great example: http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/2229723 Agree or disagree. I am the only one who answered the question.
  • I'll answer if I have something to add. Some one elses rating doesn't influence me much
  • oh shit yeah!... I vent my feelings and let them know how gutless they are ...well they NEVER leave a comment as to why they D/R'd ...if they feel that strongly about it then why no comment ... gutless fits just right
  • I've answered questions like that, even ones that were later flagged and the user was put in the penalty box! They should be answered because even negative rated questions need a forum where they can be addressed, unfettered by politically correct "moral watchdogs".
