I want to start a business, but I would have to use cloth in the process. What infringements could I run into buying cloth from a company and using it for my product?

    Infringements? There would be none. The cloth manufacturer would be your "supplier."

    Now, if the cloth had their company's brand name embroidered onto it, then there may be a legal issue with your company having a product with another company's name on it.
