I am a 13 year-old girl, and I am really into gaming. Odd,huh? I have a playstation 2, but I am interested in getting a newer generation consol. I have quite a few ps2 games, so should I get a Playstation 3, XBOX 360, or a Wii?Want the ps3, but to much $?

I'd go with the Xbox 360. It's less expensive and easier to find than the other ones. I think it has better networking capabilities and a lot more variety of games. What kind of games do you usually play? The Wii is fun for about an hour, but after that... eh, not so much. I think it's geared more for families and smaller kids. The PS3 I've never played, but it's so expensive and I don't think it has as many games just yet.

I play Guiar Hero ALOT, RockBand, and just games like ManHunt 2, and KillZone and such. The main reason I want to get a better consul is because Guitar Hero 4 will only be availible on those systems.

A 13 year old girl playing games isn't odd in fact its great! from this info alone though I cant tell you what ta buy from your perspective only my own. Wii: I bought one a month after Christmas of 2006 when it first came out. Played it a lot cause i wanted ta play Zelda and trauma center. I dont play it too much since then becuase I am waiting for better games to come out like Super smash bros Brawl.The online for it is ok but you really only get to play with your friends you never get to meet new people and this is because Nintendo is kinda geared tword little kids now a days i feel they should allow who ever to play online with you like on Xbox live. Ps3: This is if you like graphics HDTV is a Must have for any owner to experience what it has to offer Game play is mostly thrird person probably has online things but idk. Xbox 360 (elite): I got this for Christmas this year and WOW I love it plus i have a High speed internet connection which allows me to play with people around the world and show off my gaming skills great system for anyone.

i have both ps3 and xbox360. if u r going for online experience PS3!! ITS FREE COMPARED TO THE 360. plus its easier to connect to network. both consoles r getting lots of new games within the next few months. it depends on what games u r in2 and ill recommend which console is best 4 which in my opinion. wii...ok but its repetitive but can be fun.
