i had this problem when i first joined.i used the feedback link at the bottom of the page and e-mailed them at the address others have mentioned.admin@answerbag.com.i didn't hear anything for ages then suddenly i was verified.keep e-mailing.it should get sorted eventually.

If you are having trouble receiving your confirmation e-mail address, I would suggest to e-mail to the AB-Staff using this e-mail.
admin@answerbag.com
Ask them what the problem is, and they should fix this for you.
