Try flat sprite. Also bananas, and rice, jello, are all good but wait until you are done vomiting. Also make sure you try to stay hydrated. You can also take anti-diarrhea medican but I would try to wait to make sure the virus gets out of your system. Good luck and I hope you are feeling better!

If diarrea you don't want to take any Pepto, or medicine like that, because that actually stops it to a point where your stomach gets cramps, and it needs to come out! So drink lots of water, to flush everything out of your system. Nothing with sugar in it, water is best! Eat some crackers! If vomitting, the same thing applys, but you want to eat some soup because you don't want to just vomit up water, and don't want to become weaker! Don't look at me weird, I get sick a lot. :-)

Ginger ale, Immodium, water to stay hydrated, crackers, and lots of rest. Grab your blanket and pillow and get on the couch and watch good movies or stay in bed and watch them. Take advantage of the time to relax.

It's called the BRAT diet. The BRAT diet is a historically prescribed treatment for patients with various forms of gastrointestinal distress such as diarrhea, dyspepsia, and/or gastroenteritis. The BRAT diet consists of foods that are relatively bland, easy to digest, and low in fiber. Low-fiber foods are recommended because foods high in fiber may cause gas, possibly worsening the gastrointestinal upset.[1] Current recommendations by the American Academy of Pediatrics state that for most children continuing a normal, age appropriate diet is preferred. The foods from the BRAT diet may be added, but should not replace normal, tolerated foods. Sugary drinks and carbonated beverages should be avoided. A well-balanced diet is best even during diarrhea, but studies have found that incorporating foods from the BRAT diet can reduce the severity of diarrhea (see Contrary medical advice). Applesauce provides pectin,[2] as does toast with grape jelly. The BRAT diet should include additional protein supplements such as tofu or protein pills. BRAT is the mnemonic acronym for Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast, the staples of the diet.[1] Extensions to the BRAT diet include BRATT (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast, and Tea) and BRATY (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast, and Yogurt).

Its best to eat dry toast and vegetable soups with no fat content.Eat no fatty foods butter, meat etc, because they only make matters worse.I suffered from dysentery and lived on nothing but the above for days until it cleared up.A good medicine is Kaolin and Morphine which you can get from your doctor, and in some countries you can buy it from over the counter in a Chemists or Drug store. It could be that you have got food poisoning if you are vomitting as well!
