I don't think it is a huge boost to either as most polls indicated Edwards followers are just about split evenly on their second choice. Whichever he endorses will get a moderate benefit. A Jan. 24 Los Angeles Times/Bloomberg News poll found that nationally, Edwards voters prefer Clinton to Obama by a slight margin.
