can take fresh mint and white wine and sugar and corn starch to make a coolie--reduce the white wine with the mint and sugar in it when 3/4 gone add the corn starch in a rue---thats dissolved in water----under heat till it thickens-then spoon unto the chops---should be happy with the flavor this gives----hope this helps---smile and enjoy the day
