What causes certain people to return phone calls to friends? I am a normal married woman who is always looking for some other females to just hang out and I can't get other women to call me back? what am I doing wrong?

i'm really not sure that you are doing anything wrong! i think you need to determine a good time to call them, a time where thier not likely to be disturbed and then chat. Alternatively maybe try meeting new people that share interests and would be only to happy to chat.

You need to find some female friends who have the same needs as you do. Perhaps those to whom you are attracted already lead very busy lives and simply have other priorities.
