No. As much as they would like to approach it, machines cannot yet perfectly simulate human movement, and I don't think they ever will.

I was wondering that when I saw a commercial the other day. Is the woman on the Restasis (eye drops) commercial real or animated?

I think it will get awful close but...no. A computer generated animation has always seemed to me to be ..too perfect, which doesn't work when you're dealing with 'imperfections', which is part of human life. Similar to the way a CD sounds 'sterile' compared to a good old fashioned vinyl record.
