Do you add ice to your water or water to your ice?

YOu have to place the ice first so you can be sure there will be room for them. Then second goes the water.

Actually I use the water filter in those plastic containers and leave it on the counter at room temperature.I found out that the coldness of water shocks the stomach and room temperature is the best for the body.

I don't pay attention to the order. I just add the ingredients till it is full. At work we have a hotel type of ice maker so I usually fill my water mug with ice first then water later since many people can be queued up for the water machine as opposed to the ice machine.

Most of the time no ice.
