  • cool question-dont think so-at least not that soon but who knows-we learn things at a real fast rate and stranger things have happened---smile and enjoy the night-take two
  • Possibly! Also the rain can be controlled to a certain extent already. It was the Russians who discovered it and used it, for their yearly Red parade in Moscow. I don't know what the chemical/s were, but they would fly over any rain clouds and spray it, which caused it not to rain.
  • I think that we'll attempt it in the same way that we mess with genetically engineered foods and cloning animals. However, there is a very real danger that we'll mess things up. We could melt the arctic, cause flooding, etc. My thinking is that mother nature knows best.
  • Probably yes. However I'm with Al Gore on this one. In 100 years, our atmosphere will be so damaged that we will be unable to do a lot of things. I believe we will de-evolve for a while before we start to progress again.
