I dont believe in evil, every action has a consequence whether with a positive or a negative effect. Malice, or cold blooded isnt necessarily "evil" more or less theres a mental issue. Like a person that randomly murders with no true reason, theres a mental issue there, not evil. Hitler was doped up on many drugs, and they screwed up his mind. He was also paranoid, same with Stalin. When the mind goes so does the rationality. But I dont think any one person is truely evil
