Honestly this is an unspecific question to be sure. Never of course, just as the abuse of men, children, the mentally impaired, the jews, the blacks, the whites, etc etc. Abuse is always present, it will always exist, the best we as a society can do is to try and minimize it and eliminate those who sanction it.

Women abusing is the symptom, not the actual cause or desease. Trying to control or treat the symptoms will not fetch us 100% results. We need to cure and eliminate the root cause of this problem to get rid of it. Right from the child hood of the children, in their education syllabus, moral lessions related to respecting and protecting the women should be included, which may result in producing citizens who care, respect and protect the women. Women and their physical body should not get used and exposed as a marketing tool to lure and attract many customers in commercial business. To some extent some women themselves with their behaviour and living styles are responsible for attracting abusives on them. When all men can able to see and treat all women other than their relatives, in terms as their sisters and mother, then we can expect such a noble change.

wemon get abused, but so do men. black, white, arab, mexican... we will always find differences and use them to alienate different people because without tension life would be so boring. just picture world peace... we would no longer find need to show initiave or ingenuity if not for the sake of competetion and inevitable bragging rights.
