take your bacon and instead of frying it bake it with coarse black pepper and brown sugar coating it--think you will like what it does--bake at 400 and keep track you want it to be crisp but not burnt---smile and enjoy the night---chef for a living---on yea dont forget to lightly salt the lettuce also-really makes a diffence

Definitely avacado and cheddar....also, have you ever tried turkey bacon? Not sure if you're a calorie counter, but if you cook the turkey bacon long enough so its extra crispy you can't tell much of a difference and it has a lot less calories! (makes up for all the cheese and avacado you're gonna put on there) score!

Double points to Galeanda!! 100% agree, was actually scanning answers to see if anyone really knew what they were talking about...and there it was...right there...avocado. Avocado is the only correct answer to this question. I mean I suppose you can add a little paprika and/or chili powder (oh and perhaps a dash of lemon juice) to the mayonnaise before slathering it on, but avocado is really were its at here. I'm guessing everyone already knows that freshly cracked black pepper is ESSENTIAL!
